Yes. We uphold our credibility to ensure an exceptional client experience. The therapist you book will match the photos provided. In the unlikely event that the therapist does not match her photos upon arrival, we offer a FREE cancellation with no charges.
If you decide to cancel your booking upon the masseuse arrival, a cancellation fee of 1,000 pesos + transportation fee will apply. If the therapist stays with you for more than 10 minutes, the full booking fee will be charged.
During light traffic, the therapist can usually arrive within 15-30 minutes, while during rush hour or heavy traffic, arrival may around take 30-60 minutes.
Please note that Metro Manila experiences heavy traffic congestion during peak hours, so we highly recommend booking in advance for a smoother and more convenient experience.
